If you wish to return the product simply because you didn’t like it or changed your mind, the return is still possible, but you will need to pay the courier charges.
This is in line with the Islamic principle of riḍā (mutual satisfaction and agreement) — fairness for both sides.

Verification & Resolution

In many cases, the issue can be resolved through product guidance.

If confirmed defective or incorrect, we’ll guide you to return or exchange the product at no extra cost.

For “change of mind” returns, the customer will be responsible for courier or return shipping charges.

If a replacement is not possible, we may issue a refund after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.
