 Replacement & Return Eligibility

You are eligible for a free replacement if the item you received is:

  • Incorrect

  • Faulty

  • Damaged or broken during shipping

As fulfilling your trust is both a religious and moral responsibility, we take such matters seriously.

⚠️ Note:

  • If you wish to return the product simply because you didn’t like it or changed your mind, the return is still possible, but you will need to pay the courier charges.

  • This is in line with the Islamic principle of riḍā (mutual satisfaction and agreement) — fairness for both sides.


🕒 Timeframe for Complaints

All complaints or replacement requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.


🔁 Return / Replacement Process

  1. Initiate Your Request
    Contact us through WhatsApp or Email within the eligible timeframe.

  2. Provide Proof (for faulty/incorrect items)
    Please share a clear video or photos showing the issue (e.g., broken, faulty, or incorrect item).

  3. Verification & Resolution

    • In many cases, the issue can be resolved through product guidance.

    • If confirmed defective or incorrect, we’ll guide you to return or exchange the product at no extra cost.

    • For “change of mind” returns, the customer will be responsible for courier or return shipping charges.


💸 Refunds (if applicable)

If a replacement is not possible, we may issue a refund after receiving and inspecting the returned item.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after approval.


🚚 Shipping Costs

  • For faulty/incorrect products, return shipping is covered by us.

  • For change of mind or “not liked” returns, courier charges must be paid by the customer.
